01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jzi86" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to jzi86.io and the entity that operates it.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jzi86 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration at jzi86.io.
• "Balance" refers to the BDT funds held within a Player's jzi86 Account, excluding any bonus amounts unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by jzi86 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products available on jzi86.io including sports betting, live casino, slots, E-Sports wagering, and Rooster Rumble.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the jzi86 platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jzi86.io, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the jzi86 platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any officially distributed jzi86 application.

jzi86 enforces age verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

04 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jzi86 Account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to notify jzi86 promptly of any changes to your registered details. jzi86 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

jzi86 implements a KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the platform:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid Bangladesh passport (photo page and relevant data pages)
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account screenshot, bank statement)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jzi86 Login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jzi86 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jzi86 does not charge Players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service charges.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically reflect in your jzi86 Account balance within seconds of mobile wallet authorisation. jzi86 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours. jzi86 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or fraud investigation.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the name of the registered jzi86 Account holder.
• jzi86 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced.
• jzi86 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification requirements for high-value withdrawals.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jzi86 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms published on the relevant offer page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

General bonus terms that apply to all jzi86 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the full KYC verification process and are aged 21 or above.
• Each Player may claim a welcome bonus once only, from a single Account. Duplicate Account registrations to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent suspension.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jzi86 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Winnings generated from free bets are credited as bonus funds and subject to the relevant wagering requirement unless the offer states otherwise.
• jzi86 will not honour any bonus claimed through fraudulent activity, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jzi86 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical (sports betting, live casino, slots, E-Sports, Rooster Rumble). These product-specific rules are published within each respective section of the jzi86 platform.

The following general rules apply across all jzi86 betting and gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the relevant product rules expressly provide for a cash-out or edit function.
• jzi86 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing mistake.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, jzi86's determination, based on its internal records and the relevant product rules, shall be final.
• jzi86 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and maximum payout caps at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the Player.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jzi86 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit gaming outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.
• Money laundering, financial fraud, or using jzi86 to process funds of illicit origin.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or permitting others to use your Account.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or circumvent any security feature of the jzi86 platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jzi86 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

jzi86 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same Player.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jzi86 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a legitimate Account suspension.

10 Responsible Gaming

jzi86 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gambling for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every Account holder directly from their Account settings, without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly BDT deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting.

• Cool-Off Period: A temporary restriction on account access for a Player-defined period (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent closure of the Account with a minimum exclusion period of six months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jzi86's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, market data, or game outcomes caused by a technical malfunction or data feed error, subject to jzi86's right to void affected transactions.
• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity, including but not limited to losses incurred as a result of decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jzi86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the jzi86.io homepage.

The amended Terms and Conditions will come into effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the jzi86 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or your use of the jzi86 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct communication with jzi86 customer support.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
